Awesome SUV with very unique utility features. This vehicle has a mid-gate with a power window that goes up and down behind the rear seat. This feature allows you to use the rear cargo area like a pickup truck. The cargo roof slides forward so you can haul tall items, I have had a stove and even a refrigerator standing up in the cargo area with both front and rear seats fully in tact. This vehicle seats 5 comfortably has no 3rd row seat. The cargo area has 6 drains and is lined in a hard plastic so you can open haul in all kinds of weather. Plastic cover is removable for cleaning of the drains. If you want to haul something long, the rear seats tumble forward and you can lay down the mid-gate exposing a cavernous rear area. It is designed to haul 4X8 sheets flat with the rear tailgate down. Speaking of the tailgate, it opens like a traditional truck tailgate once the window is down or opens like a door with the window up or down. It has 2 electronic touch pads that engage the desired tailgate function. Another unique option is a brand new camping tent designed only for the XUV. Unfortunately we never went camping. The only time it was ever used was to set it up in our driveway. The Envoy is a 6 cylinder 4WD. It has 4 modes. 2WD, AUTO AWD, 4HI, 4LO. All engaged by turning a switch. All modes work perfectly. Power everything including sunroof and heated leather seats! Driving & cornering lights along with turn signals in the mirrors. Factory towing package. Accessory factory roof bars. South Carolina car, drove to Pa when I bought it. Still as clean underneath as it is on top. Fully maintained for my 3.5 years of ownership. Whenever a problem or ck engine light came on, it was addressed and fixed right away. New high heat black front rotors and pads, rear sway bar links, new plugs and idler pully installed last fall for state inspection. A few items that were replaced over the past 3 years, front wheel bearing assembly, exhaust manifold, O2 sensor, ecm & purge valves, new washer fluid reservoir. New Tires installed last week. All this vehicle needs is a new driver. Includes 2 keys and remotes, all books and manuals. Paint is really shiny and in great shape for its age. There are a few minor stone chips here and there and a small crack in the rear bumper mainly visible when the tailgate is open. Just wanted to mention. Nobody can believe it’s a 2005 when they see it.I have the original 6 disc bose CD player that the previous owner gave me when I bought the car. No contract exists between you and Hennessy to purchase the car until you pay the Deposit called for in section 2 below. Within twenty-four (24) hours of the end of the auction or making a “Buy it Now” bid, you must deliver to Hennessy a deposit (the “Deposit”) equal to ten percent (10%) of the auction price. In the event that you fail to close on your purchase of the car after paying that Deposit, Hennessy shall be entitled to retain the Deposit as liquidated damages for your breach and not as a penalty.
